Delivery Charges
Our delivery charge for all orders (except TV boxes) is £10.00 plus VAT. For TV box delivery prices please see information on our TV box product page.

Delivery Timescales
Our delivery times are 1-3 working days.

*Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland at present.

Collection from our Greenford Depot

You can also collect your order direct from our Greenford warehouse if you live nearby. Simply call us on 020 8578 3382 to place your order and arrange collection.

Please note: If you wish to collect in person please DO NOT place your order online as you will be charged for delivery.

VAT Information
Prices shown on each product are exclusive of VAT. The total cost of your order including VAT will be calculated and shown in your shopping cart and on the checkout page.

Inspection of Goods
Please ensure you inspect the outer packaging and the contents of all goods received before signing for the package. If any part of your order is missing or damaged please note this on the carrier’s documents, e.g. “damaged in transit” or “1 parcel only received” etc. and if you wish you can refuse delivery of the damaged package.
A signature of “received in good condition” may void any claim for damage in transit.
