Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at The Packing Store. We value your business and aim to achieve total customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re ready to help.
Should you need to return an item you purchased to us for any reason, you have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date that you received it. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need your receipt as proof of purchase.
We will let you know as soon as we have received your item and once we have inspected the item we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit or credit card or your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 working days, depending on your card issuer’s refund policy.
You will be responsible for shipping/postage costs when returning any items to us. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included in your refund. All other shipping costs are non-refundable.
